As time passes by, we are learning such thinks; like processing papers, filing memo, endorsements and important papers by ourselves. We are improving through listening carefully to our bosses. As the accreditation is done, we are not as busy as last week. We were just taking in charge to rooms, scanning certificates, filing and providing the needs and request by the faculty and students.

It was a month taking my OJT at TSU. Having a nice company that is enhancing my ability. A weeks of filing, sorting files, receiving of forms, assisting students and professors and taking charge to class whenever the faculty is not around. I did my work together with Jeff and Rose Ann with the assisting of our supervisor Ms. Mely Rose in order to accomplish all the tasks we had to finish.

My third week as an intern was quite busy unlike the first and second week I had. I was filing some documents, sorting folders, papers, envelopes and supplies because we are preparing for the upcoming accreditation next week. We also accomplish tasks like counter signing the faculty, giving forms to them, printing and photocopy the document needed.

I started my OJT Training at TSU-CCS on January 21,2020 as an office staff together with Rose Ann and Jeff, my co intern. Our supervisor is Ms. Mely Rose Bautista she taught us the pro’s and con’s inside the office. We should wear proper outfit with the color coding everyday. We were assigned to sort out the papers of OJT for this semester and we inputted it on the Microsoft Excel to have the soft copy and backup. The following days, we do the same routine, sorting out papers, encoding the different reports, assisting students and professors and following the task for us everyday. For this week, we rendered 33 hrs as an intern.
